At our restaurant, we offer a menu with a classic Italian structure of antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolci. Each category features changing seasonal dishes and a number of permanent classics served throughout the year. Additionally, it’s possible to enjoy a comprehensive 4-course dinner every day for a fixed price. Let yourself be surprised by our chef, or select your own authentic antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolci from our menu.

Since the inception of our restaurant, pizzas have played a significant role on our menu. They are prepared according to the Roman recipes of Chef Leonardo. Our Italian pizzaiolos, led by Chef Leonardo, passionately prepare the dough for our pizzas daily. By allowing the yeast to work for a long period – with a maturation process of at least 48 hours – our pizza dough achieves its distinctive taste and thin, crispy base. Our pizzas are exclusively topped with the finest Italian cheeses, cured meats, and vegetables. For the base of our pizzas, we always use Fior di Latte mozzarella, which we receive fresh weekly from Italy, and we exclusively use San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes from near Naples for our pizza sauce.

A selection from our range of pizzas includes the ‘coppa e burrata’ with tomato sauce, Fior di latte, coppa di parma, arugula, burrata, and semi sun-dried tomatoes, or the ‘calzone classico’: the folded pizza with tomato sauce, Fior di latte, smoked cheese, ham, artichoke, mushrooms, and Taggiasca olives. Before the pizzas, there is plenty to choose from as well, such as various high-quality antipasti or share one of our traditional taglieres, wooden boards filled with Italian delicacies.

Also good to know: all our pizzas are available gluten-free, and we offer several options for our vegetarian and vegan guests.

Our restaurant is also the place to explore the many fine Italian wines from our cellar. In addition to a wide selection of bottled wines, each season we select 8 new wines that are available by the glass to accompany our menu. It is also possible to order a wine pairing with our 4-course menus, where we select a suitable glass of wine for each course. Of course, our professional team is ready to provide more information about the wines.

From 4:00 PM, our ovens are fired up to start making the first pizzas, and from that time, you are warmly welcomed in our restaurant. It is also possible to take away our pizzas, antipasti, and other Italian products for home, work, or a boat trip over the Westeinderplassen. To place a take-away order, visit our ordering website.
